Shipping policy

Customer is responsible for providing correct name, address and phone numbers. Mere Fille 716 is not responsible for shipping items to a faulty address if that address is the one provided by the customer. 

Mère Fille 716 is not responsible for shipping delays, shipping mishaps, or lost items once the package leaves our premises and is in the hands of the shipping partner (USPS.) Likewise, Mere Fille 716 is not responsible for damage to packages and/or product when incurred after the package/product leaves our premises and is in the hands of the shipping partner (USPS.)
